EU law as an API: new obligations into your systems

About
Syllogi makes EU law usable as an API: around 250,000 EU legal acts in English and German, synced daily with the Official Journal via EUR-Lex/Cellar. Full-text and AI search with source references, alerts and webhooks when new acts on your topics appear, and consolidated versions with article-level diffs for key regulations. Built for companies in regulated industries and for vendors of QM, GRC and compliance software who want EU regulation inside their own products.
What you get - REST API with OpenAPI/Swagger docs and per-organisation tokens - ~250,000 EU legal acts (EUR-Lex sector 3) in English and German, updated daily - Full-text search and AI search with references to the exact legal acts - Alerts by email or webhook; subscriptions and webhooks are fully manageable via the API - Amendment tracking: which act amends, repeals or corrects which - Consolidated versions with "as of" date and article-level diff for key cross-cutting regulations (GDPR, NIS2, DORA, AI Act, CSRD, MDR, REACH and more) - Validity status ("formally in force according to EUR-Lex") for EU acts - EASA Easy Access Rules with article-level version comparison Who it's for Compliance and QM teams in regulated industries, and software vendors (QM, GRC, compliance tools) who want to integrate EU regulation into their products instead of building their own EUR-Lex pipeline. Consolidated texts are provided for documentation purposes only; only the Official Journal is authentic. Source: © European Union, eur-lex.europa.eu (CC BY 4.0).

0Hi everyone, I'm Marcus. I've spent more than 20 years in the aviation industry, the last 12 of them in quality management and compliance monitoring for helicopter operators, and I've been programming since 2003. Keeping track of regulatory changes was a constant manual effort, so I started automating it – first for aviation, then for EU law in general. Syllogi is built almost entirely with Claude Code. First commit on 8 February 2026, in production 9 days later, public launch on 1 March 2026 – and it has kept growing ever since: from a first EUR-Lex monitor to around 250,000 EU legal acts in English and German, EASA rules, a REST API, AI search with sources and, most recently, consolidated versions with article-level diffs. I'd love feedback from developers: What would you need from an EU-law API to use it in your own product?
